Back to topic: I am agree with adminrota to do both nights. Posting when I won't be on - check!
I like to make a timesplit, too.

e.g. Wednesday: gaming from 20:30 cet to 0:30 cet, 20:30 to 22:30 Peggy and 22:30 to 0:30 James
Next time I'll do the late one....

By the way I won't be able to do
the late one on June 15th
and the early one on June 22nd

Happy to go back onto a mixed rota for admin duties. Makes sense to run it this way. We can discuss the mixed rota system tonight if you want. Think the best way is to do by week rather than by night, but if all admins can comment on the best and fairest way forward that would be great.

Communication is key otherwise we could have a situation where a player is:- warned by one, killed by another, kicked by another & tempbanned or banned by another. OK that was over the top but im sure you get my point.

This is why it is better if only TWO admins are on a night, that way we all get a night off from doing the duties once a week and there is no miscommunication or things get lost in translation where we have four admins talking over ourselves.

So i propose a question, shall we go back to having two admins on a night? reply here and let me know.

Would like to add the following for admins:

1) for players that swear give two warnings then either an auto kill or kick depending on the level of swearing. Temp bans should be done if the player returns to the server after being kicked and continues to swear or bad mouth.
2) name calling - again same as above

We need to communicate more on admin duties as to who is doing what to whom when either warning or killing. We need to show that we are fair but strict in our rules.

No problem mate, only add those that show the same sportsmanship and game play as us to the VIP section As i mentioned, if you want to get your guys to register, then i will add them to the VIP section as well - other option is if you guys fael like joining us - its your choice but let either CK or I know if you do want to become a part of our clan - one of the good benefits if you do is that you can hear CK scream when you kill him .
